Chef de Partie - Luxury hotel - Live in Available
We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join a Luxury 4 Star Hotel located in Aylesbury. The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. As a Chef de Partie they will be expected to oversee and assist the Junior Chefs.
The Perks

* Basic annual salary of £32,000
* 40-hour week and overtime paid

Our client is a Luxury 4 Star Hotel in Aylesbury which dates back to the 1500's. On site they have a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant and a Luxurious Spa.
The Person
The Chef de Partie will have:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar style venue
* Ideally from a rosette background
* Confidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasks
* Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
* Impeccable standards with a passion for creating dishes with the best fresh, seasonal produce
* A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
