Oakleaf Partnership are working with a well-established and reputable Not for Profit organisation in Birkenhead who are going through an exciting period of change and transformation. They are recruiting for an HR Advisor to support the corporate side of the business in a generalist role that will require strong knowledge and experience of employee relations. What is the role?
As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with and report into the HR Business Partner for Corporate. The role will involve management of employee relations casework from start to finish, performance management, supporting the delivery of key people strategy initiatives and the deployment of Competency and L&D frameworks. You will build and maintain strong relationships with union reps and drive engagement initiatives across the business. This role sits within a wider HR team that get involved in various change projects. There is opportunity to play a key part in the change and transformation taking place within a culture that has people at its centre!
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role, with strong knowledge of employee relations casework. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to build credible relationships with people at all levels. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. CIPD qualification at junior level is desirable but not essential.
