About the role
As the Registered Manager you will be reporting to the Directors and/or
Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day management of
each service ensuring high standards are met throughout the organisation.
You will be supervising your management team to ensure you exceed CQC
requirements and standards. Ideally, we are keen to speak to managers who
are looking to take the next step in their career or experienced registered
managers looking for a new position and feel ready to help shape a growing
organisation with an excellent reputation.
The Package
Salary : £40,000.00 to £50,000.00 (Negotiable depending on Experience)
Perm, 40 hours per week

The Role Responsibility
To ensure compliance with CQC requirements
Ensuring high standards of care is provided to all service users
Managing budgets and finance
Managing Team Leaders and Deputy Registered Managers
Recruitment and retention of staff
Maintain and Improving CQC rating
Work with Compliance Officer and Directors to ensure that Audits and
Compliance checks are completed and actioned accordingly.
To be the point of Contact for Staff and Residents and families.
To ensure systems are developed, set up and maintained to support
services delivery, service budgets and finance accountability to funders
and partners
Encourage and support new carers into their role.
Seek referrals
The Candidate
Experience is Required and should be a minimum of 5 Years (essential)
Current CQC Registered Manager with a Good Rating in all areas
preferred
Experience of managing staff and residents
Troubleshooting
Must have a background in supporting adults with learning disabilities
and/or autism
A very strong leader
Full UK Driving Licence
Staff will be required to have an enhanced DBS check
Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that all residents receive personalised and compassionate care.
* Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
* Supervise and support staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
* Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements regarding medication administration, health and safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
* Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of resident care activities, staff performance, and compliance with policies.
* Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for residents.
Experience
* Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities is essential.
* Strong knowledge of dementia care practices and the ability to implement effective strategies for supporting individuals with cognitive impairments.
* Demonstrated experience in developing care plans and supervising staff within a residential care environment.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of care.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
