Serves as a primary resource and point of contact for a member of European Leadership Team. Develops and coordinates executive materials and reports, supporting regulatory oversight, programme management, team training and culture. Participates in critical divisional strategic initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Supports CRO, Europe and GR&S Europe Leadership Team to deliver strategic programmes of work ensuring alignment with GR&S Divisional strategy, as well as European and International strategy. Reports out on progress and provides updates to European Risk senior leaders to drive short and long-term objectives, status updates, and reporting. Supports monthly updates on risk, compliance and internal audit items impacting the division, elevating bottlenecks or delays to ensure visibility and timely completion. Supports Risk training across Europe for multiple crew groups including risk training for new joiners, risk training for all crew; and risk crew training and development initiatives. Manages communications on risk to European crew in conjunction with GR&S divisional communications team, European CRO and GR&S Europe Leadership Team. Supports GR&S Leadership on staff meetings, Town Halls, onsites & special events, connecting to GR&S divisional events teams. Leads or participates in key projects for the division. Uses project management best practices to develop timelines and manage delivery and/or execution of projects, with relevant status updates as needed. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills and an ability to ‘join-the-dots’. Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple competing priorities. Strong project management skills and experience. Analytical, with an ability to understand and distill complex topics. Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration, influence and interpersonal skills.
