Join Forward Trust as an Employer Account Manager in Medway and Gravesham and help drive the success of our Connect to Work programme. This is a full:time (35 hours) role where youll turn employer relationships into life:changing opportunities.
Due to the nature of the role, all applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
What Youll Do
* Deliver strong performance against sales, service, and quality KPIs to exceed programme goals.
* Promote and sell Forward Trusts work experience, work trials, vocational training, employability programmes, and apprenticeships to employers.
* Identify, engage, and match employers with the right solutions based on local labour market needs.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with employers, commissioners, and partners like Jobcentre Plus.
* Spot upskilling and workforce development opportunities to support employer growth and participant progression.
* Represent Forward Trust at networking events, job fairs, and employer forums across Kent.
* Collaborate with operational teams to turn participant potential into real job starts.
* Ensure all placements comply with Health and Safety, safeguarding, and quality standards.
