Job Description
What you will be doing:
* Lead residential development in Europe: Lead and support the development of branded residence projects across Europe, including assessment, pitches, negotiations, programming, brand advisory support coordination and pre-opening support.
* Lead Mixed-Use Strategy in Europe. Identify products and services which serve unmet investor needs (champion their implementation), conceive and implement branded residence lead generation strategies, conceive and implement thought leadership strategies, identity and foster strategic partnerships which grow Accor One Living business.
* Lead Upskilling of European Development Teams: Develop and implement workshops and related training tools which elevate the ability and preparedness of PM&E, Ennismore and Luxury development teams to pursue standalone and mixed-use branded residence opportunities.
* Serve as a Single Point of Contact for Development Partners & Internal Teams Across all Phases of Project. Coordinate delivery of services available from Accor One Living to support development partners through each phase in life cycle of branded residence projects, monitor progress against sales and pre-opening timelines, highlight concerns and opportunities for A1L global leadership team.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong commercial and finance background with proven ability to lead strategic initiatives
* Experience spanning hospitality & residential development
* Deep understanding of branded residence business model, and mixed-use expertise
* Strong leadership & negotiation skills
* Ability to lead complex projects, aligning multiple stakeholders
* Possesses financial & strategic planning expertise
* Excellent communications & presentation skills
* Innovative, creative and energized
