You’ll be joining a small but mighty team - and you'll work closely with our Founder, Harry, who is on a mission to create systemic change in workplaces around the world.
Why This Role Matters
This is a chance to build the engine that powers our next stage of growth. You’ll lead the thinking and execution on how Elevo enters new markets, connects with new clients, and scales its impact. You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of a structured sales strategy, support pricing and commercial decision-making, and build a pipeline that drives YOY growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver Elevo’s end-to-end sales strategy, from lead generation to conversion and retention
* Build and manage a structured sales funnel across services, sectors and markets
* Lead the development and delivery of outbound and inbound sales campaigns
* Collaborate closely with the team to shape and test messaging, lead magnets, and campaign strategy
* Work closely with Harry (Founder) and Amanda (COO) to define pricing models, commercial structures, and strategic partnerships
* Bring insight from prospects and clients into service development, helping refine offers, pricing, and positioning for market fit
* Define and lead Elevo’s global market rollout, with initial focus on the US and Middle East
* Report regularly on sales pipeline health and forecasting
* Lead the sales strategy and execution for Elevo innovations and new services, with a particular focus on experiences, events and conferences
* Stay ahead of trends in workplace wellbeing, L&D, and the B2B people space to inform pipeline strategy
Who You Are
* You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen, and you love finding creative ways to open doors
* Ambitious, driven, and motivated by purpose, you love working within a small team and you’re passionate about making work better for everyone
* As a senior-level sales leader you have experience building and delivering B2B pipelines from scratch
* You bring an entrepreneurial mindset to everything you do, and you’re energised by the idea of building something with huge potential
* You’re a strategic thinker who can define our approach, but equally happy to be very hands-on in execution mode too
* You have experience with international markets, especially the US and Middle East
* Ideally, you’ll bring expertise in selling similar or complementary services and have a range of contacts (bonus if they are in key growth sectors such as finance, legal, healthcare, tech)
* Ideally you will have some experience working with or selling into the events and conferences space
* You care about people and you operate from a place of respect, curiosity, and integrity
What We Offer
* A salary of £60,000, with £85,000 OTE and potential EMI share options - but in reality there is uncapped earning potential, particularly once we succeed in international markets
