In this role, you'll work on a diverse portfolio of Commercial Property transactions across key sectors such as industrial, healthcare, housing, retail, rural and government. You will be involved in: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Leasing transactions (landlord and tenant) Development projects and site assembly Real estate finance and security transactions Supporting corporate and finance teams on property matters Actively mentor and support junior colleagues. You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded experts and Partners in the industry, becoming a vital part of a high-performing and collaborative team. Your Experience 5 years PQE in Commercial Property Strong technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of property transactions Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike Actively mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to their professional growth and team development.
