Management and Development Partner - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: 33,000 - 40,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Hours: Full time - 35 hours Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Hybrid Working (Head Office, West Bromwich) The West Brom are looking to recruit a Management and Development partner on a 12 month fixed term contract working as part of our established Organisational Development team. The individual will be responsible for enhancing the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of managers and colleagues across the Society. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing programs and initiatives aimed at developing talent and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Conducting TNA s to identify skill gaps and developmental needs - Including analysing performance reviews, feedback, and organisational goals etc Creating and designing training programs tailored to the needs of the workforce. These programs might cover leadership development, team building, change management, strategic planning, and more. Conducting training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions to create an interactive learning environment guided by the 70:20:10 approach Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and post-training evaluations and using feedback to improve programs and ensure they meet organisational objectives Providing one-on-one coaching or mentorship and offering guidance on specific challenges, career development, or leadership skills improvement. Working closely with key stakeholder, teams, senior management, and department heads to align management development programs with organisational goals and strategies. Instrumental in managing organisational changes by preparing managers to handle transitions, new responsibilities, or shifts in Society strategies. Skills and Experience Required: Must have experience in a Management/Leadership Development Training role within a commercial environment Must hold either a L&D, OD or CIPD qualification or equivalent. Experience of influencing at senior levels on introducing and driving new development initiatives across the organisation. Ability to gain credibility amongst Executive and Senior Managers.
