Key Responsibilities
* Lead the setup and configuration of a new requirements management tool
* Define and implement a scalable requirements structure, including:
o Templates
o Unique ID conventions
o Naming standards
o Requirement categories
o Traceability models
* Manage the migration of legacy Excel-based requirements into the new system, ensuring high data quality and consistency
* Develop and deploy efficient workflows for:
o Requirement creation
o Reviews and approvals
o Change management
* Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability across:
o Electrical
o Software
o Controls
o Calibration
o Testing
* Support compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE, ensuring robust documentation and process governance
* Deliver training and onboarding for engineering teams, driving adoption of the new system
* Act as a champion for requirements engineering best practices across the organisation
About You
* Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, etc.)
* Strong understanding of systems engineering and requirements lifecycle management
* Experience working in automotive, motorcycle, or safety-critical environments
* Proven ability to build processes and systems from scratch
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Passion for improving engineering efficiency and quality
