Job Overview
We are an established Independent Surveying Practice based in Lanarkshire and require a Full Time Receptionist/Survey Co-ordinator to join our team. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
* Being first point of contact for incoming telephone calls, dealing with enquiries, directing calls correctly, taking messages, and dealing with calls as appropriate.
* Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the office.
* Planning, monitoring and control of own workload.
* Recording and arranging survey instructions and managing Surveyors diaries efficiently.
* Sending/Receiving email and correspondence.
* Computer data input.
* Proforma Invoicing and Banking.
* Accurate filing of correspondence and other documentation.
* Creating electronic and hard copy file as well as archiving.
* Incoming/Outgoing Post and receiving deliveries.
* Issuing reports – printing, binding and sending.
* Photocopying, printing, scanning, binding.
* Uploading/resizing/transferring photos.
* Maintaining stationery stock.
* Providing refreshments for visitors, and meetings as and when required.
* Other ad-hoc secretarial and administration responsibilities.

* Versatile with enthusiasm to work in a busy, varied and fast paced working environment.
* Audio Typing experience would be a real bonus.
