Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage customer orders from initial confirmation through to production and delivery. This role will act as a key link between clients, internal teams, and the factory to ensure a smooth and efficient order process. Key Responsibilities • Liaise with clients to confirm order details and provide updates throughout the process • Process and sign off orders, ensuring all specifications are accurate and complete • Order materials in line with project requirements and timelines • Coordinate with the factory to schedule production and monitor progress • Ensure all delivery dates are confirmed and communicated effectively • Check that orders are fully prepared and ready prior to production • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the manufacturing team • Resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly to avoid delays Requirements • Strong organisational and communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously • Experience in a similar coordination, processing, or administrative role (ideally within manufacturing, construction, or fenestration) • Confident liaising with both clients and internal teams
