An excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded team in London. This role offers a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work within a supportive and commercially focused environment.Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE and settlement agreements
* Advise employers and employees on workplace issues and risk management
* Handle Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish
* Draft legal documents including contracts, policies and agreements
* Represent clients in hearings, negotiations and ACAS conciliation
* Support ongoing client relationships and HR advisory work
* Contribute to business development and team growth
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in employment law
* Strong Employment Tribunal experience
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
* Able to manage a busy caseload independently
* Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused approach
