Part Time 4 Days Per Week Escape Recruitment and recruiting for our client based in Fife, an established and growing business recruit a Customer Services Administrator on a permanent basis. This role is based onsite working 4 days per week, flexibility can be provided around start and finish times depending on preference. You will act as a key point of contact for customers across Scotland, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered smoothly, while also supporting new enquiries and ongoing sales activity. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers Processing orders accurately and coordinating deliveries Following up on enquiries and supporting new customer accounts Promoting new products and seasonal offers Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Keeping records up to date and identifying opportunities to improve processesBackground Required: Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, telesales &/or order processing Confident and professional communicator, comfortable on the phone Well organised, accurate and proactive Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
