We’re now looking for an experienced CAFM Solutions Consultant who wants freedom, autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of a growing business. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take the lead on client-facing CAFM projects. That includes:
* Leading strategy and system reviews to help clients select and implement the right CAFM tools
* Acting as the bridge between technical configuration and business needs
* Carrying out data cleanses, system configurations, and reporting builds that drive real results
* Mapping out and redesigning processes to help clients scale efficiently
* Training users, supporting adoption, and improving data quality
* Supporting project delivery with plans, stakeholder updates, and risk/issue management
What You Bring to the Table
* Minimum 3 years\' hands-on experience delivering and configuring CAFM systems (e.g. Planon, QFM, Micad etc.)
* A sharp analytical mind with experience working with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
* Comfortable with process mapping, workflow documentation, and stakeholder comms
* Able to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
* A natural problem solver with a solution-first mindset
* A proactive approach and genuine pride in the work you deliver
