About the role
You support the Head Chef across all areas of the kitchen
You help deliver seasonal menus and daily specials
You lead sections during busy services
You train and support junior chefs
You assist with stock, ordering and GP control

Your background
Experience as a Senior Sous or Sous
Background in fresh food pubs or restaurants
Strong organisational skills
