Receptionist (Ref: 230133) – Bank (relief hours). Band 3* - Salary Range £28,011- £30,230 per annum (pro rata). Distant Island Allowance of £2,482 per annum (pro rata).
Shift pattern
Morning Shift 0800 - 1600. Evening Shift 1600 - 0000. Night Shift 0000 - 0800.
Role summary
Do you have secretarial skills, reception skills or would be interested in general office experience? Do you have experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Standard Grade or equivalent in English? Would you like to play a key role in our busy Medical Records team?
About Gilbert Bain Hospital Reception
Gilbert Bain Hospital Reception serves as the first place of contact for visitors and patients but is also a vital service centre providing essential support 24/7 for hospital and wider community teams. The department plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely responses, effective communication, and the coordination of resources.
*You will initially be appointed at Band 2 level (Salary range £25,694 - £27,900 per annum pro-rata) rising to Band 3 once successful completion of competencies.
