Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced Assistant Solicitor (Procurement) Locum to join its Governance and Legal Services – Procurement team on a temporary contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. You will play a key role in advising on the Procurement Act, Public Contracts Regulations, and wider governance and decision-making within a local authority setting, ensuring services continue to operate within a robust legal and regulatory framework.
