Salary: Scale 4.7 to 4.10, £30,288 - £31,611 per annum FTE. Actual salary £22,916 to £23,917 per annum (75.66% FTE)
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 17 July 2026
Working hours: 36 hours per week, 38 weeks per year. 8:00 am to 3:42 pm (including 30-minute lunch break)

About this role
We are looking to appoint a Study Room Supervisor who will provide not only additional administrative support to the Sixth Form Team but also mentoring support for our Sixth Form students. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for empowering young women, and for guiding them to be the best version of themselves. The successful candidate will
* Successful experience of administrative work in a busy school environment
* Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher & Outlook and other IT applications; knowledge of general school policies and procedures
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to enthuse and inspire young women
* Ability to work with a range of colleagues
* Knowledge of School MIS systems, preferably Bromcom
