Job Title: Food Quality Controller
Location: Leicester, LE4
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: £27,000 per annum

Frontline Recruitment is working with a leading food manufacturing company in Leicester (LE4) to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Food Quality Controller to support their quality assurance team.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct quality checks and inspections across the production process to ensure compliance with company standards
* Monitor product specifications, labelling, and packaging to meet regulatory requirements
* Report and escalate any quality issues, implementing corrective actions as required
* Maintain accurate records of testing and inspections in line with company policies
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality team
Requirements
* Previous experience in food quality is desirable
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
