Job Title : Head of Customer Success / Manager, Customer Success We are looking for a driven leader to lead up our Customer Success function. This is a permanent role, managing a team of four and playing a critical part in delivering value to our growing customer base. MarktoMarket is the gold standard for SME data. Responsibilities include Lead and grow Customer Success - coach, support and line-manage a team of four CS professionals. Ensure customers are successfully onboarded, supported and educated - driving their satisfaction, adoption and success. Collaborating with others, shape and execute strategies to retain and grow accounts. Own relationships with key accounts where required. Recruit and onboard new team members as the business scales. Qualifications and experience This role best suits someone with most of the following: Customer Success experience, ideally in a complex B2B product offering. Line management experience, ideally in a customer success context. Experience of financial services or data businesses a big plus - especially Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Accountancy. Detail orientated with strong problem solving skills. Benefits, Compensation and Working Situation Salary - dependent on experience.
