The Role:
We're looking for a versatile Production Operative who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. This role is varied and fast-paced, perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys learning new skills.
Day-to-Day Tasks Will Include:
Laser engraving and laser cutting on granite and other materials
CNC Engraving
Preparing, painting, and finishing engraved products
Packaging items carefully for dispatch
Assisting with workshop organisation and general production duties
Lifting, moving, and handling heavy granite safely
Supporting any other tasks needed to keep the business running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
Someone practical, hands-on, and willing to learn
Good attention to detail with pride in producing quality work
Comfortable with physical tasks, including heavy lifting
A positive team player with a flexible attitude
Previous experience with lasers, engraving, or workshop equipment is an advantage, but full training will be given
