About Our Client

You'll be joining one of the most prestigious education providers in the world, working from beautiful offices based in the city centre (parking available). This role reports into the Head of HR and will work alongside an incredibly friendly and well established team.

Job Description

The HR & Payroll Assistant will:

3. Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment and employee onboarding.
4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
5. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and payroll summaries for the Payroll Manager.
6. Advise on payroll and HR policies, responding to employee queries effectively.
7. Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and process improvements.
8. Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR & Payroll Officer should have:

9. A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
10. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
11. Proficiency in payroll and HR software systems.
12. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
13. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
14. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

15. Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum (this is Full Time Equivalent).
