This individual will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong community atmosphere. The role requires a hands-on leader who excels in both property operations and resident relations. WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide full oversight of a mid-sized residential community, focusing on operational excellence and curb appeal. Supervise, mentor, and support on-site staff, including a maintenance technician. Manage financial operations, including rent collection, delinquency control, expense management, and reporting. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations. Address escalated resident concerns and resolve conflicts with professionalism. Oversee unit turns, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships. Monitor market conditions and recommend strategies to maximize occupancy and retention. Identify and propose capital improvements to enhance community performance. Maintain regular communication with ownership and provide clear performance reporting.
