We’ve got a brand-new opportunity at Booker for an IT Manager – Supply Chain BI Systems. This role is focused on supporting and delivering smart, secure, and efficient Business Intelligence (BI) systems that assist our supply chain teams in their work.
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on, and forward-thinking individual who is comfortable working with both technology and people. You will collaborate closely with vendors, consultants, and various teams across the business to ensure our BI systems provide value and projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing BI systems, combining technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the IT Supply Chain BI team, overseeing performance and development.
2. Manage supply chain BI systems projects and IT development budgets.
3. Monitor project and system KPIs.
4. Maintain the supply chain systems roadmap.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Data Lakes and Data Manipulation.
* Strong people management skills, with a proven ability to manage team capabilities and performance.
* Proven experience in technical project management and delivering change programs successfully.
* Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience with supply chain systems.
* Ability to build credible and lasting relationships with business stakeholders.
* Experience managing external development teams.
* Consistent track record of delivering results.
* Experience working in an FMCG environment.
