Account Handler, Tunstall, Permanent, £25,000 We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Account Handler to join our longstanding client, based in the heart of Tunstall. Due to growth, and continued business success, they are looking for a dynamic individual to manage customer relationships and the order processing function of the business, alongside a small and friendly team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, supporting their needs, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring they receive exceptional levels of customer service. Working closely with the external sales team, you will play a key part in delivering a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
