Your role is integral in supporting and enhancing the functioning of Children’s Services through effective contact management, advice provision, project handling, and administrative tasks. What the Job Involves The job involves being the first point of contact for service users, staff from partner organizations, and colleagues, determining the most effective progression of their inquiries. You will provide advice to enable access to services, oversee project tasks delegated by the manager, and prepare and collate performance data. Additionally, your responsibilities include undertaking service projects, handling a range of administrative work, arranging and organizing meetings, and collaborating with partner agencies on crucial protection tasks.
