Key Responsibilities
* Utilize high levels of decision-making and clinical judgment to triage, assess, and treat adult patients in the prison environment.
* Meet patient health needs through diagnosis, management, assessment, treatment, and review planning in partnership with patients.
* Provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, agencies, carers, clients, and relatives. The role encompasses clinical expertise, education, innovation, and auditing.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver policies, nursing services, and provide clinical leadership as needed.
