We’re looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant/ TA who is caring, patient and committed to making a real difference in people’s live. In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with pupils and staff to support learning, encourage development, and help every child reach their full potential.
A successful Teaching Assistant/TA will have:
A calm, patient and caring personality
Good communication skills
Experience supporting 1:1 and small group basis
A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
6 months + experience working with children or young people in education.
Experience supporting children with SEN/SEND
A genuine passion for education and supporting learners with diverse needs
Relevant qualifications: level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant
