We are a Family run, CQC OUTSTANDING company based in Comeytrowe. Founded in 2013, we support individuals around the local community to maintain their independence in their home environment. Our Care team are very experienced in providing care which ensures they can support you with your clients on a more personal level.
What does a Care Professional do?
- Provide evening care assistance to Clients in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene.
- Drive residents to appointments or outings as required, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents' care and well-being.
- Utilise strong communication skills to engage with Clients, families, and colleagues effectively.
- Build strong friendships through having a kind, caring and compassionate nature- these values are at the core of all of our staff.
Please note that we do not currently offer Sponsorship. You do not need previous experience in Care for this role. We look for individuals core values and the want to make a difference to our clients lives whilst providing award winning training.
