About the Company:We are a fast-growing and progressive accountancy practice, providing a high-quality, added-value service to clients across Devon and North Cornwall. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our team.
Role Overview:The Client Manager will be responsible for managing their own block of clients, delivering year-end and advisory meetings, reviewing and finalising accounts, and handling tax work. The role will also involve mentoring junior team members and undertaking various ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients across Devon and North Cornwall
* Conduct year-end meetings and provide proactive advisory support
* Oversee accounts preparation and review, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Handle corporate and personal tax work
* Review and finalise accounts for a variety of clients
* Support and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance
* Attend client premises as required to provide on-site support
* Undertake ad-hoc duties to support the wider practice
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
* Currently working in an accountancy practice
* Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and UK tax
* Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Willingness and ability to travel to client sites
