Part-Time Building Manager (Residential)
Bournemouth
£13–£15 per hour (or pro rata salary)
Approximately 15-20 hours per week (flexible working available)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential building comprising approximately 120 units in Bournemouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining practical maintenance coordination with tenant-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and managing repairs and maintenance issues
* Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and residents
* Ensuring the building is well-maintained, safe, and presentable
* Liaising with contractors and overseeing works on site
* Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants
* Handling general administrative duties related to the building
* Supporting a positive and professional community environment
About You
* Previous experience in property is desired
* Strong communication and people skills
* Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
* Comfortable dealing with maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
* Able to work independently and take ownership of the role
* Flexible and approachable attitude
