*Job Summary*We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Maintenance Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will work across a wide range of sectors including, industrial, construction, education, healthcare, and public sector buildings (please note, a DBS check will be required upon employment).*Responsibilities** Work independently and as part of a team.* Meet deadlines and communication effectively with Managers/Clients.* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.* Participate in our out-of-hours call out Rota.*Skills** Relevant Gas and Commercial Qualifications.* CSCS Card.* PASMA/IPAF Certification.* Full clean Driving License.Job Type: Full-timePay: £16.00-£20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Company car* Company pensionWork Location: In person
