Working within a team you will; Liaise with commercial customers on warranty claims Collate and verify all information on claim Liaising with engineers, quality, service technicians and other key internal stakeholders Dealing with queries from dealer network & Customers (phone calls / emails/ portals) Training internal staff and dealer network occasionally on warranty system and processes Providing advice to Technical and Parts Helpdesk on warranty issues What we are looking 3 years technical experience within a similar environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident IT skills Warranty / technical support or helpdesk experience is desirable Excellent package and progression opportunities on offer.
