What you’ll do:
• Plan and schedule installation workloads to maximise efficiency
• Coordinate appointments and support customer bookings
• Work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve scheduling issues
• Provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
• Help identify and resolve potential issues before they impact service
