We are currently looking for an Area Service Manager (lifts and escalators) at for our London and Southeast Region. This particular vacancy is going to cover Essex & Hertfordshire. Area Service manager position is an exciting opportunity for anyone in or outside of the Lifts industry - this Individual will need to have excellent communication skills, management experience and will be managing our commercial clients with a high level of professionalism and dedication.
Key Responsibilities as an Area Service Manager:
1. Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication
2. Accountable for equipment safety and performance
3. Accountable for resolving customer service quality complaints
4. Accountable for solving and closing the open callouts and reacting in case of stopped equipment and/or safety issues
5. Managing a reduction of call outs in this area
The Ideal candidate will have:
6. Managerial experience
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Good IT skills including PowerPoint etc.
9. Excellent time management
10. Problem solving skills
11. Excellent Customer relationship management
