This is a fixed-term contract position until the end of 2025.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Liaise with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
* Support engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning, and process adherence.
* Assist with timesheet entry and ensure data is accurately recorded in our systems.
* Resolve customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering quality work.
* Experience with business systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
