Your mission
* Influence and shape our observability capabilities using OpenTelemetry and SRE practices to proactively identify issues.
* Build and maintain Incident Management and On-Call experiences, automations, and practices for system operations.
* Champion reliability and stability across the Engineering Organisation, instilling SRE principles.
* Develop Disaster Recovery strategies and support cross-functional improvements to meet RPO and RTO targets.
* Contribute to our DevOps initiatives, including security, CI/CD, and AWS utilization.

* Proficiency in AWS and cloud-native architectures.
* Experience with coding and scripting languages.
* Knowledge of modern observability tools like OpenTelemetry.
* Strong CI/CD pipeline experience.
* Experience with DevSecOps practices.
* Deep understanding of SRE practices.
* Ability to get things done effectively.
