Job Opportunity: NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor | Lancashire
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a growing Commercial Litigation team. This role offers the chance to work on a high-quality, varied caseload while developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
You will assist with and manage a range of commercial litigation matters, including:
* Contract disputes
* Shareholder and director disputes
* Partnership issues
* Professional negligence claims
* Breach of warranty and restrictive covenant matters
You will have early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues on more complex disputes.
About You:
* NQ Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
* Experience in commercial litigation (training seat or equivalent)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with good client care skills
* Able to manage a busy and varied caseload
