Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established and growing business based in Renfrew. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with hands-on experience who enjoys practical, assembly-based work.
🛠️ The Role:
Working as part of a skilled production team, you will be involved in the assembly and build of generators, ensuring all products meet high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
o Assembling generators using hand and power tools
o Reading and following basic engineering drawings and work instructions
o Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
o Supporting the production line to meet daily targets
o Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
o Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors
What we are looking for:
o Previous production, assembly, or manufacturing experience
o Confident using hand tools
o A strong work ethic and attention to detail
o Reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude
Working Hours:
o Monday to Friday
o 7:00am – 3:00pm with early finish on Fridays
Pay & Benefits:
o £12.37 per hour for the first 12 weeks
o £13.63 per hour after 12 weeks
o Overtime available and paid at a premium rate
o Opportunity to secure a permanent position
