Your Day-to-Day
* Take full ownership of global freight movements across air, sea, and road.
* Coordinate smoothly with carriers, hauliers, and overseas offices/partners.
* Manage customs paperwork and clearance with accuracy and confidence.
* Monitor live consignments, send pre-alerts, and keep clients informed.
* Deliver top-tier customer service from initial booking to final delivery.
* Handle invoicing, job costing, and ensure all files meet compliance standards.
What You Bring
* 2+ years’ experience in UK freight forwarding.
* Solid understanding of multimodal freight operations (air/sea/road).
* Good working knowledge of customs procedures and documentation.
* Familiarity with systems such as Cargowise, Multifreight, or similar.
* Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and sharp organisation.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple shipments with ease.
