We at IKEA Sheffield are looking to welcome you to join our fantastic Customer Services team as a Customer Relations Co-worker.
Expected Starting Date: 15th of July
WHAT WE OFFER
* £12.00 basic hourly rate
* Living Wage Foundation Employee
12-hour working evenings, weekends or weekend only.
16 hours working, 4 days over 7, including dayshifts, evenings, and weekends (both weekend days).
All our part-time contracts will receive every 4th weekend off (with the exception of weekend-only contracts).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This role is varied, with no two days being the same; you might be on checkouts one moment, and meeting and greeting customers, managing queues, or assisting them the next. This is a physically demanding role.
You aim to create positive experiences that encourage customers to return and shop with us again over time.
Build loyalty by listening to customers and using your knowledge of IKEA products to offer informed solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience while working towards daily and weekly service targets to enhance service delivery.
