Overview
This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance works across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MEH), cabling and associated support services. This innovative approach helps different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station’s vast network of rooms.
Role Responsibilities
* Coordinating and delivering piping specific construction documentation to support installation activities.
* Monitoring work progression and team time allocation using project systems.
* Reporting on installation progress and managing works scope in line with the project schedule.
* Supporting and enabling other MEH teams to ensure a coordinated approach across disciplines.
* Providing positive HSE leadership and ensuring compliance with nuclear safety and site licence requirements.
Essential Experience
* Demonstrate a proven track record of working in highly regulated sectors.
Qualifications
* Hold a HNC qualification as minimum or equivalent vocational training in a relevant discipline.
* CCNSG Safety Passport or ability to gain prior to starting.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role. Further details are available at United Kingdom Security Vetting: clearance levels - GOV.UK.
