Administrative Assistant – Worksop
Full time - Temporary on going - 37 Hours per week
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Receptionist to support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of our business centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general admin, filing, and typing support.
* Act as first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
* Answer calls, handle post, and assist tenants with queries.
* Raise invoices and maintain records for services and bookings.
* Arrange meeting rooms and provide light refreshments.
* Support marketing, events, and office lettings.
Requirements:
* Confident user of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and telephone manner.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
