Job Description
The Role:
3. Maintain credit control systems and follow department procedures.
4. Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with company policies.
5. Process invoices.
6. Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports.
8. Coordinate with the Finance Team to ensure accurate record keeping.
9. Provide customer service regarding collection issues.
10. Conduct credit checks on new customers.
11. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Candidate:
12. Experience in a similar role and/or strong administration experience.
13. Excellent IT skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel .
14. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
15. A practical understanding of credit control procedures and principles, ideally.
16. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
17. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
