Overview of Role: The primary responsibility of the Data Administrator is to manage and maintain our data systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability. This role supports various departments by providing reliable data and ensuring that all data processes comply with company standards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update data systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with internal teams to manage data workflows and reports. Ensure data is readily available and accessible to relevant departments. Handle data queries and provide solutions to data issues promptly. Develop and implement data management strategies and protocols. Conduct regular audits to ensure data standards and policies are met. Skills and Abilities: Experience with MS Office Products: Knowledgeable in the use of MS Excel and MS Access Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Administrative Skills: Strong organisational skills and proficiency in administrative tasks. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. Problem Solving: Adept at addressing data-related problems promptly. Desired Traits: Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in organising data and processes. Proficient with IT Systems: Familiarity with various data management software and systems. Friendly and Professional Attitude: Positively interact with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: Previous experience in data administration or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of data management practices and policies. IT qualification NVQ grade 3 or equivalent is preferred.
