Resourcer at Montresor | Legal Recruiter for Business Services and Paralegal Staff
We're working with a well-established law firm in Brighton that’s looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support their busy and successful property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated paralegal with prior conveyancing experience to take on a hands-on, varied role. You’ll work closely with a senior fee-earner and have regular client contact, contributing to high-quality real estate transactions from start to finish. The firm offers a supportive environment, with genuine opportunities for career development and qualification support.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Assisting with all stages of conveyancing transactions, from instruction to post-completion
* Managing and progressing live files under supervision
* Drafting reports on title, mortgages, and searches (with guidance)
* Raising and reviewing enquiries on title and contract packs
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Preparing financial statements and handling administrative post-completion tasks
This role would suit someone proactive and commercially aware, who enjoys working as part of a team and is confident working to deadlines.
