Job Description: Academics are looking to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work across primary and secondary schools in the Lincoln area. This Teaching Assistant role is on a temporary basis, providing flexibility and variety for those seeking classroom experience.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom management and resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.

Pay; £600 - £700 per week depending on experience
