Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of residential care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability across the UK.
This innovative provider is currently seeking a Registered Manager for an established and Outstanding rated residential care home in the Swindon area.
This role will oversee an established staff team delivering specialist care and service for individuals with a Learning Disability.
The Registered Manager in Swindon will:
* Oversee the running of an established service ensuring its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, recruitment, training and administration.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of local stakeholders and families.
* Ensure effective auditing across the service to continually drive improvements.
* Oversee and develop an established staff team.
The Registered Manager in Swindon will need:
* Experience of holding registration for residential care, supported living or domiciliary care services for individuals with a Learning Disability/Autism.
* Experience of developing services and thorough knowledge of CQC regulations.
* Experience of working in Learning Disability or Autism specialist services.
* Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification or willing to work towards.
