Due to growth, an expanding FMCG business are now appointing their first Head of Brand on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Managing Director and overseeing a small team, the Head of Brand will be responsible for nurturing and developing brand position, making a meaningful connection with their community and developing strategies for domestic and international growth. This role would suit applicants with experience of working with a consumer product in a fast paced environment, able to bring new ideas to bear.
Head of Brand duties
1. Nurturing, maintaining and growing the relationships between the Brand and community.
2. Ensure marketing activities and harmonised and consistent.
3. Manage the marketing team as well as the budget and output of agencies and influencers.
